Tracking Your Order
How to get my tracking number?
Method 1: Log in your account.
- You can log in to your Purrfectum account to view order details and you can find your tracking number of each order.
Method 2: Check your email box.
- You will receive your order’s tracking number via email within 2 business days of shipment. If this email is not delivered, please check your spam box.
- Once you get your tracking number, just paste it into the box at the top of the page.
