After you register an account, you can easily view your order information and shipping information.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. For other countries, please email to inquire about shipping conditions before placing an order.

All products in our store come with free shipping. However, we do have additional express shipping (fees apply). If you have short shipping time requirements, you can select Express Shipping when placing your order.
Click Track Your Order. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Or you can log in to your account to view order information. Just use the tracking number on the tracking page to check.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
